Re: Resolved: Error saving log entry

Same here, but I got an email advising that I can try it again.  I did and it worked.  The email had my "saved" information.

Re: Resolved: Error saving log entry

Terry,

Sorry you didn't get the email -

The quick fix is to visit http://www.myskilog.com/rack and simply save your ski settings. Now that you have added your boots to your log, you need to save your settings in order to log your new set. Sorry for this inconvenience. It was necessary to bring the recent updates to the ski log.

If you are still having problems please let me know!!

-Wade

Re: Resolved: Error saving log entry

Ed I emailed you about your error but haven't heard back.

If you let me know what time and day you are not being allowed to log, I will look into this further.

Thanks!

Re: Resolved: Error saving log entry

Ed et all:

I just cleared up this error. It was actually something that had been fixed before the update, but somehow got lost in all that file transferring last week.

You should have no problem adding a set at any date & time in the future. Sorry that this was an issue.
