66" Obrian Sixam SS Setup??

I picked up an 08 Sixam SS last season and had a few questions on setup -

I have been riding it as it came out of the box with no wing -
(just have it in the boat)

Any recommendations on setup would be appreciated.
Here is my ability level and skiing style:

Ski 34 mph
Best run = 5 @ 35off
Average run into 32off
Weight 160 lbs
Height 5'8"
Neutral to back stance on the ski
Currently have bindings one forward of center

The ski works well, but sometimes does not snap around as quickly as I would hope.

How would I measure the fin settings to provide to the forum?

thanks!
