Getting Through 35

Chris/Wade/Forum Members, came down in March to Ski Tek, plan to make it an annual thing, had much fun, took away good tips to really relax more and how important to stay in timing with the line is, still trying to learn the 35 off pass this year, have made a few of them, nothing consistent, wind up somewhere between 2 & 4, posted some youtube links below, any suggestions would be appreciated, thank you

Re: Getting Through 35

You look good.  I think you have your handle a little high through the wakes.  Relax your upper body and focus on the load coming from below your belly button not above it.  Also, what ski are you riding, what length is it, where are your boots, and what are your fin settings?  I ask this because I think I have an idea about your set up and how your ski can work better for you.

Re: Getting Through 35

Rico,
My suspicion was correct.  I think you will ski better with your fin further forward.  I would suspect you'll end up in the 0.680 range.  I would move in 0.010" increments.

Chris

Re: Getting Through 35

Chris, you rock dude ! definitely a huge plus with moving the fin forward, did not notice that hesitation /rock back motion I had going on out of my on side turn, really appreciate it. Still
time to slay that 35 this year.  Many Thanks.
