Measuring Front Binding Placement

When measuring from the heel of the front binding to the tail of the ski, do i measure from the back of the heel rubber or from the back of the plastic heel shoe that clamps down the rubber. I'm using Wiley Bindings.

Thanks!

Re: Measuring Front Binding Placement

Depends on who you're talking to. One manufacturer may measure to the back of the plate, one to the back of the plastic horseshoe, one to the rubber. The numbers on this site are to the back of the rubber unless otherwise noted.
