Re: Rossi running 41' on a 66" Strada.

Holy cow! That thing looks like it turns! I don't think that you could have made a more complete 4 ball turn @ 41. Back to back 41's (or almost b to b) that's very impressive! What can you tell us about this new shred stick? From watching video of you skiing Chris, I've noticed that you get a little tip rise at the end of the turn. Is that how you like to set up your skis? (maximum speed and just enough tip to initiate the turn) That would be awesome to see in a tourney next year!  cool

I sure don't hear any rev compared to Parrish's pass at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c5_A6lN4qHY with his new Goode ski (see 2:50).  I asked because I was wondering if he knew something we should know (like will PP be coming back?).  Since he hasn't answered, I assume it was PP.  I know he's an awesome skier, and look forward to watching him in next year's tournaments.  The Strada looks like it'll be a great ski!

Re: Rossi running 41' on a 66" Strada.

I hear the boat throttling like I'd expet it to with ZO. Considering that Roscoe is sponsored by Tige and they have PCM engines and ZO now in the 20i, I would have to think he'd have been behind ZO.

Re: Rossi running 41' on a 66" Strada.

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you.  Hard to email when you're in the woods of Canada.  That was ZO.  There is tip rise in this video because my ski is not set up optimally as it is very new and that it's 41 and skiing a perfect line is pretty tough.  I have moved the boots, fin, and wing and no matter what I do, the ski still works.  I will start a new thread soon with the down low on the Strada.

Re: Rossi running 41' on a 66" Strada.

Chris,
You commented above about running the "Perfect Line". In that video you've proved that you can run 41 at the "Not so Perfect Line"! That's some awesome skiing Dude! I just watched that clip again on You Tube. As I was watching, the clip stopped to load at the perfect moment, right as you're finishing the turn and beginning the cross course load. At that moment you can see a loss of about 2' where the ski is settling back in. Once you get that tip rise tuned out of the ski you'll "Definately" be off to the races!!! Great skiing! I'm looking forward to seeing next season unfold for you and team Radar!
